The Jambalaya crewed charter experience offers you something more than just the traditional land-based holiday. It gives you the opportunity to visit and explore a wide variety of Caribbean islands sailing aboard our traditional 73ft schooner.

Imagine waking up each morning on your own private yacht in a different bay with a new Caribbean island to explore.

Breakfast on board with beautiful views while you decide whether to sail on to one of the many nearby islands or to stay and explore.

Catch of Day

Part of the 'Jambalaya Experience' is the crew's attention to the preparation of good food. Freshly caught fish / lobster is cooked on our special deck BBQ. Local fresh fruits and vegetables purchased almost daily to ensure we have the best. (see our Sample Menu).

Forests and Waterfalls

Enjoy swimming and diving in transparent turquoise waters, walking through lush tropical forests and cooling off in cascading waterfalls, or perhaps just sunning yourself on the spacious deck of Jambalaya or on pristine palm-fringed beaches.
