"Our one week dream trip was all and more than we expected. 1 mahi mahi, 2 tuna, 1 barracuda, turtles, iguanas, double rainbows, a whale, dolphins….. great captain and crew. Jeff, Ineke and Tim, thank you for your hospitality, expert seamanship and outrageous food."

"Thank you all so much for the lovely days showing us the nature and flavor of the local islands. Turtles, gorgeous seastars and more fish than we have ever seen before. It was truly a pleasure and being with you all was just the icing."

"Thank you all for such a unique and humbling experience both onboard and underwater. We recommend sleeping in the hammock under the stars!"

"Thank you for your outstanding generosity and for sharing a moment of your magical existence with us. For me it was been an exhilarating and nostalgic experience. God, I miss falling asleep to the creak of the wood and the lapping gurgling water slapping through your dreams."

"The beauty of nature never ceases to amaze us. Thank you for taking us through its doors into paradise! Can’t wait to do this again. By the way, if you wish to change your day career, ‘chef’ will work fine. The food was great!!!"

"My wife and I spent two wonderful, but all too short, days on Jambalaya in January 2003. It was for both of us a great privilege and joy to be amongst the first to sail on her with Jeff having seen her in the building for the last three years. She sails like a dream with the sense that this is what sailing should be like. We had a lovely evening ashore in Admiralty Bay, Bequia with Jeff and his crew; dinner in a local seashore restaurant under the stars, plenty of wine and music from a local entertainer. What more could anyone want on a holiday. We now look forward to doing a proper cruise on Jambalaya soon."

"Having watched Jambalaya grow from the keel up over the last three years it was a great experience to sail on her for the first time in March 2003. In six days we covered the Grenadines from top to bottom in great comfort and safety, and enjoyed hugely the good fellowship of Jeff and his crew.

It may however prove to have been an expensive experience, as we now feel inspired to buy another boat!"
