Peter Bennett is the Captain / owner of Jambalaya who hails from the UK. He has spent many years of sailing, including a circumnavigation of the world and has now returned from England with his wife, Sylvie from France, to their favourite cruising grounds : the Caribbean! Peter and Sylvie have sailed the Windward and Leeward islands over the last several years on a variety of vessels and their passion for traditional sailing will provide you with an exciting and relaxing Cruising experience. |

Their local knowledge of the islands and the waters is second to none and they will maximise your experience of the sailing, the anchorages and life ashore, the best diving and snorkelling spots and of course where the reefs are and where they are not! Jambalaya is blessed with a great crew with Sylvie as the chef, her French flair, French Creole culinary skills and Indian Head Massage qualification, is good company indeed. |
